2024 marks our 25 year anniversary of providing various levels of artist liaison services around the globe.

With a wealth of experience and expertise, we can cover every element of your artist's requirements, from their transportation through to sourcing the most challenging of hospitality riders.

We are no strangers to unusual requests and are proficient in importing specific brands of food and drinks, and sourcing and installing specific dressing room requirements, such as changing the door locks in a venue to comply with the artist rider and contract.

Advancing Services

The compilation of advance information is vital to all parties. We collate all information and supply and distribute a show information pack, as well as an individual point of contact for each artist party during the advance process.

We use a bespoke online advance form that can be tailored to suit your event’s requirements and can be integrated with platforms such as Google Sheets to export data. Guaranteeing that all parties have access to the most up-to-date information is essential to a hassle-free experience.

We process, order and display all hospitality riders, order stock from reputable suppliers and use our onsite Artist Liaison team to allocate and display riders. We work closely with production teams to corroborate production riders and ensure that all needs are met.

Artist Liaison Services

We believe that an Artists’ experience onsite is a key part of the fans’ experience. Our Artist Liaison teams are dedicated to providing all artists with the best onsite experience possible, working in collaboration with Artist Management and Production teams.

We can adapt pre-existing infrastructure onsite, and utilise our Event Furniture Needs department to bring in furniture and soft furnishings to transform backstage areas into a comfortable environment. Our Artist Liaison and Rider teams work together to ensure that all hospitality riders are provided in full, and replenished when needed.

Stage Management Services

Our Stage Managers mean business. With experience and technical expertise under their belts, they consistently deliver great shows. Our Stage Management and Artist Liaison teams work closely together, both working from the same show information pack and joining forces to adhere to set times.

All of our Stage Managers work closely with the Event Management team, noise consultants and local authorities to deliver the safest and best show possible. Whether it’s a 12 hour show with complex changeovers, or technical DJ set-up, our Stage Management team have got it covered.
